New legislation that would make school strikes unconstitutional under state law was introduced by State Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, R-Butler, along with other state House representatives. The STRIKE-FREE Education Amendment House Bill 2092 would modify Article 3 Section 14 of the state Constitution.
